Psyllium Husk

Psyllium Husk

Psyllium Husk are an excellent source for soluble fibres. The fibres which are contained inside of the Psyllium Husk – so called flosine-mucus-polysaccharides – are able to bind water the 50-fold way. Insoluble fibres often lead to intolerance. Howerver, soluble fibres, as they are contained in the seed shells, are light and mild.
