Aristha & Asava

Aristha and Asava are traditional herbal drinks that are fermented according to classic recipes. In the production of Aristha, the herbs are boiled hot, set cold at Asavas. Natural self-fermentation produces up to 11.5% alcohol by volume, depending on the variety. The herbs used come from our Indian and Sri Lankan fair trade projects.
